在市場買了一油炸鍋  NT$168元


迫不及待想來試試看


多用途:煮湯.油炸.煎肉.炒飯



準備材料:


                                                                   1.雞胸肉


                                                                   2.蒜.以前用剩的烤肉醬


                                                                   3.太白粉.地瓜粉


我的作法:


                                                                   1.雞胸肉.去皮.切塊


                                                                   2.加入蒜頭.烤肉醬.一丁點水.太白粉.拌勻(加入太白粉.肉會更嫩)


                                                                   3.拍上地瓜粉


                                                                   4.炸炸~~



將將~~


金黃色.酥軟的雞塊~~



再灑些黑胡椒~~


嗯~~幸福滋味~~吼伊西~~
